SportStretch™ Programming is based on the breakthrough stretching method known as Active Isolated Stretching (AIS). In AIS, muscles are first relaxed and then assisted in to a stretched position. The position is held for 2 seconds and then released. This helps prevent injury to muscle tissue that is commonly found in traditional "bounce" and "extended hold" stretching.

SportStretch™ Programming focuses on stretching the major muscles for your sport. As an "active" technique, AIS is used during warm-up and cool down. It is also used, as training on "days off" from your sport. You’ll see the difference in how your muscles feel and respond.
